Another way is clearing your cookies, pretty much does the same as Option 1.(It logs you out of your google account, kind of a reset but w/o losing information), also it doesn’t have the burden of having to close the browser and open it again.

In case someone doesn’t know how to clear cookies (or the history like syao mentioned in the post); here
